well i m just released from NS!!!!!!!!! Yeah so happy tt i m back home again!

NS is actually not vv scary but it is boring... every single day u do the same thing over and over again until it make u puke... Luckily the 1st 2 weeks of NS there will be no punishments for us... well not too sure for the direct enlist BMT batch XD... The sgt now can only scold us like mad but cant really pump us unless the encik(Company Sergeant Major- CSM) decided to... Good luck for those who kena chinese encik... The chinese officer there are quite 'kum lan' and 'xia lan'... It is the malay officers and the indian sergeants in the Mohawk company that are good... not too sure abt the rest though... Oh ya Zw and me are in the same company but different platoon... Sad but then we still see each other everyday!!!!! =)

The scariest thing that could happen now is the water parade. Every morning, u will be PUMPED @ least 750 ml of water b4 breakfast for some stupid light warm up and then another 750ml of water 1 hr later during the 1st parade... Even for a short shuttle run or swim for 1 lap, u have to drink up 1.5 litres of water that is 1 b4 the run/swim n 1 after... T.T.. There will be @ least 5 water parade in a single day that will make u puke...

Every single day is a rainy day in tekong... and everyday there will be either CAT 1(raining + thunder) or CAT 2( heavy rain)... training schedules are being messed up and pushed back... looks like we are going to suffer for the next few weeks due to our super behind time schedule..

Always greet the commanders properly... My sgts dont like to be called sir becoz they ALWAYS say 'we sergeants have our own pride! We take pride in coming out from SISSPEC( sch of infantry specialist)!' And nv call a sir sergeant unless u wan to invite trouble... call the CSM by sergeant major or encik n nothing else unless u wan to invite trouble again... Well just becareful coz some sgts r vv kpkb n i just tooked his name down today... so ya just take down the name of the commanders and u can lodge a complain if u wan if he disrespects u or do something to u that is unjust, ie if he is not ur platoon sergeant or ur company sergeant and he come and kp u, just go complain... actions will be taken against him...

For those enlisting in Jan, pls go prepare some more items like elastic cord garters, boots insole, shaver, tooth brush and paste and zip lock bag... couldnt remember much on wad to bring but all these items are frequently missing esp the garters... So be careful... No MP3, cam phones and another electronic device capable of image and voice recording can be brought into the camp unless u wan to become 'marksman' on the 1st day...

My bunk mates are really vv nice pple but not the whole platoon... Some think tt they are from NCC means that they are the big shot in the platoon.. Sometimes i feel like fking the person up and down and inside out but then after i thought of the consequences ie jail, i decided to bear with him until the ORD day... Where my bunk mates will 'play' a 'mini game' with him... LOL... Seriously, i dun like some noob ordering me around when they themselves are oso noob in the camp... It is impt to make friends inside esp ur section/bunk mates coz they will be the one sticking with u and going thru thick and thin with u in the BMT...

Well it is really sian to book in again tmr and dont forget to plan outing from dec 29 till jan 2 coz we will be having a holiday during these periods!!! So cya next time! BYE!!!
