X MAS GATHERING
Lets have a X mas dinner together.. i know it sounds kind of plain but at this point of time, that the best we can ask for :]
To make it sound better, i'm throwing in some "neat" ideas.. How about Hogs Breathe Cafe in Chjimes?! Don't you guys think that Chjimes is the best place to hang out during X'MAS?! the ambience is just right! Catheral, X mas lighting whole year round.. There's restaurants, pubs, located at central area which means we are close to many nightlife e.g kbox and pool at paradize, club(ahem, lets try not to go there), esplanade... we still have time to make reservation:]
If hogs breathe and other restaurant r fully booked, we can always go BREWORKS.. German Pork Knuckles by the river, YUMMY!!!! If not the VieT Seafood restaurant next to Breworks. THeir seafood are cheap and good!
Send in your feedbacks soon alright! I'll book by next weekend~
excited!
ps: don't you guys think 24th Dec is a good day to meet up? right des? *wink*
Tuesday, November 06, 2007
I can assure u this post will be completely unconstructive towards the planning of the next outing cuz i am plainly on duty and have ample time to waste in this room. so i have decided, without the intention of contributing to the decision, to ramble here :D
there's ubin, ecp, sentosa, X-singapore, chalet... but hard to say whether the others (majority) get the day off on the 24th (a monday). if can then good lor, 4 days in a row... then can chalet already! then can mahjong & monopoly the night away again!
oh yar and if want we can also go Orchard area on the night of Christmas eve. then i can spray foam up ur noses.
the rest r not really actively discussing here... the other girls maybe got uni stuff/commitments, then the other guys maybe kena confined/ on exercise, then how?
in any case i confirm can one. cuz from 15 - 26 Dec leave/off HAHAH
hope to see u ppl again! :D

For those who will get lost, I'll be in school to about 5, so I can meet you guys at about 6 at tanah merah control station. (People who are late, i'm sorry, you'll have to find the way yourself.) Try to be here by 7 cause the fire should be started by then, and if you are late, there won't be anything to eat!!

The drinks will be settled by kind and thoughtful Eugene and not forgetting his usual gang! (now, clap again!)

this is my first time blogging on class blog. so fun.. hahas..
anyway, this entry is just to confirm the class gathering.
we're so sorry we couldn't book a pit in east coast park, thanks to the kai-su people of singapore, but we've got another interesting location.
no more chances of cycling, but then, you guys can now swim!!!
it's going to be at my place, so there is a small pool, where you guys can play around. (oh man, i sound like i'm telling little kids, haha)
the details are below.
location: tanah merah kechil ave (nearest mrt station is tanah merah, like duh!)
time: 6 onwards (offically starts at 7, but we need some kind people to start the fire for the bbq pit)
attire: 'beach' wear (we can work our imagination and treat the pool like the sea!)
bring your swimming stuff if you want to swim
Now for the sad part.
Bring some cash, cause we'll be settling the money after the fun part. Nothing is free in this world.
See you guys on the 15th. Please try our best to make it!!!!!
Love,
Desiree

Whenever i m feeling low
i look around me and i know
There's a place that welcomes me
Where ever i may choose to go
I will always recall the hades
Know every sh1t and sai..
Sail down the river which kills my life
There will always be Ha..des..
This is hell, truely
Where i know i will be
where my dreams are shattered
Where the river ends in hell
This is hell, surely
As my senses tell me
This is where i will be alone....
For this is where i know its hell

MISS MISS MISS. MISS THOSE DAYS.
Lab work that was fun together as a class. I went to SPA with no fear because I knew that the class was going in together.. as a class.. and I was never alone.
PE that was enjoyable and nice together with the girls. Competitions that were more than fun, with "cheer-leading" team (normally the girls cheering for our guys..hahaha..cuz it seems like it's always the guys who were having competitions) Remember "STRATEGISE!! JIA U!! YOU CAN DO IT.. etc etc? " hahaha.. And also, our Sea sports carnival was another memorable event too.. and when we went makan-ing at the KFC (near those carparks...) after that...plus our Service learning project (SLP) where we painted those walls at CDC.. and our TPJC CARNIVAL..Artistica or is it Artistca or Artisca.. hahaha..
Days of slacking around the BUDGET waffle shop after school.. and so on and so forth. haha! Chocolate waffle, cheese waffle, peanut waffle.. oh ya.. still got those bubble tea..milk shakes.. with pearl or without.. *GRINS*
And yes!! Remember those days of slacking in the Interact room cum soccer room cum table tennis room? HAHAHAHA!! It was really fun. I still remember we ordered CANADIAN PIZZA and ate inside the room... hehehe..
And for all Interactors.. I bet you guys still rmb our ORIENTATION 1 with Darren and Eugene wearing those BIG CARDBOARDS and walking around to publicise INTERACT...ORIENTATION 2 with our CSI game entitled " Who killed Zhiyuan"..(I was very privileged to slap zhiyuan's face after so many NGs... and yes.. Zuwei is a very good director of the whole show...kekeke)...JUNE CAMP where we sabo our juniors..and prepared our stuff for IU night too..and I will always remember our NIGHT WALK..cum the making of those big VOODOO dolls to scare the wits off our juniors.WAHAHAHA.. After our camp, some of us were rushing to go to KHAO LAK for our L.I.F.E PROJECT II.. hehehe.. that was fun. And after Khao Lak..we had our installation where we were uninstalled. Ha!
I really miss those days man!!!

Outing!!
We probably won't be having BBQ since Des has to work on saturday. So, we should be having dinner at some cafe/restaurant.
I have a few suggestions:
1) BBQ at east coast or pasir ris
2) Miss Clarity Cafe(vegetarian Food r available) (Bugis) http://missclaritycafe.com/
3) Holland V - There are alot of cafes, bars and restaurants at that area, perfect place to chill out(vegetarian food are available). Some attraction that you will find in Holland V are our all time fav Settlers' Cafe, Eskibar, Big Coffee Bean, Starbucks etc... htttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holland_Village,_Singapore http://www.visitsingapore.com/publish/stbportal/en/home/what_to_do/nightlife_in_singapore/nightspot/Holland_Village.html
4) Siglap - PizzaHut, TCC, Cafe Cartel etc. I suppose Vegetarian Food are available too http://www.visitsingapore.com/publish/stbportal/en/home/about_singapore/ezine_home/Dec06/60_seconds/siglap.html
5) Fisherman's Village, provided its not raining. We can enjoy the breeze and chat our heart out. Some drinks with finger food, perfect!
6) Clarke Quay - I don't really recommend clark quay on a saturday. crowded. Nonetheless, there are good food and ahem.. clubs.. awww~ http://www.clarkequay.com.sg/
7) One Fullerton, Marina Square, Suntec- Sea View, Starbucks by the Bay http://www.fullertonhotel.com/recreation/onefullerton.html
8) Club Street, Far East Square - Alot of pubs and restaurant eg, Jerry's, Indochine, Sushi Teh http://www.realdestination.com/singapore/wine%20&%20dine/club%20street.php
If you guys have any other suggestion, please feel free to voice out. And pls pick one of the choice above. If you guys don't mind the distance, holland V is good. If distance is a problem, i'll vote for miss clarity.
yeahness!
